Supporting Educators & Workforce DevelopmentWith support from ACT, The ExCel Foundation has provided high-quality classroom materials while supporting educators with classroom instructin, CDA preparation and Iowa’s IQ4K quality-improvement process. Funding has also helped restock resources for incoming Kirkwood Community College practicum students, strengthening early childhood workforce development.
